I needed to have my mother-in-law ready early to transport her to an appointment. I worked with the staff re: my arrival time (before medication time in the AM. The staff made sure she was up, dressed & ready to meds, were packaged up for me to give her. No Fuss- Great communication with the stott made for a successful AM.

I toured Villas at San Bernardino. What we saw all looked very nice. I have no complaints and no negatives that I know of. The facilities are just very clean, inviting, and homey. When I stepped inside the community, the atmosphere felt very friendly and comfortable. The layout is very nice. The sizes of the rooms are adequate, and the dining area was very nice, too.

Mom enjoyed the trick or treating with children here. The fish tacos and other menu items look delicious. Villas are clean and staff was very helpful with transitioning mom. I feel she will be safe and well cared for here. My father stayed here too.

Moved my mother into the Villas at San Bernardino in July from another facility. The facility is clean, the residents are welcoming, and the staff is great! The Villas offer a genuine family-type atmosphere, which is hard to find. The cook and his staff deliver food that tastes good and appear to take pride in what they serve and who they serve.

Not surprised this is such a beloved senior community. The Executive Director, Kenya Carlton, is one of the best in the industry. You'll never find him in his office because he's always with the staff and residents, a true sign of a great ED. The community is very nice and beautiful but what really sets it over the bar are the people! They are very kind and friendly and listen very intently to the needs of the resident and how they can make them the most comfortable. Not only that, they make sure you feel comfortable with everything they are doing for your loved ones. The residents are also sweet!

The Villa's has an at home feeling from the moment you walk in. No odd smells. I haven't met one unkind person there. I believe the owner takes extra care with the residents because his mother once was a resident there. His heart is in it. The food there is outstanding. The Chief is better then 99% of the restaurants in San Bernardino.. The Villas is a home for your loved one not an assisted living facility. My Mom passed away there last year and everyone was kind every step of the way. I highly recommend this lovely home.

This is a peaceful place. The transition to a new home was hard for parents & myself. They have been at the villas 3 months now and it feels like home for them and me. They are well cared for by the delightful caregivers. Though they are bed bound, they are content.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful with what I need and most importantly proactive with the residents needs. They truly care. As I observe staff on my visits it doesn’t matter who they are in their role, they are engaging of the residents and helpful if something is needed. The environment is nice. We came across the Villas in San Bernardino and were immediately impressed by how nice the establishment is and how friendly and professional the staff is. The administrator, Kenya Carlton, was very courteous, informed and brought great empathy to mine and my family's questions about placing my mother-in-law there. When I first called and asked information for this community over the telephone, I was pleasantly greeted by staff member Kenya, who was very professional, and the most friendliest. As I came to visit for the first time, I was quite impressed by the staff members as well as the residence. My second visit I got to meet Gladys, who was another friendly staff member. By the smiles of the residence faces and the interaction that they had with one another, you can most definitely feel the presence of joy! I most definitely would recommend the villas in San Bernardino!
